I went to this urgent care on Sunday 12/29 with a high fever. The facility is very clean and check in was smooth. After waiting about an hour I saw PA Chelsea. A rapid Covid and Flu test was taken and both were negative. She advised that she believed the results were a false negative and that I would receive the lab results the next day. She prescribed Tamiflu and cough syrup. The next day my lab results were also negative. I called the office and left a message because I felt worse and my fever had risen to 103.8 I never received a callback.As of Wednesday I still had a fever so I went to the Emergency Room at Stamford Hospital. I had Pneumonia not the Flu. I was immediately given the proper antibiotics and thankfully am now on the mend. I do not recommend this urgent care if you’re feeling very ill. Go to your GP or nearest hospital.

I was in and out very quickly. The PA was very friendly and professional, and the nurse was efficient in getting me checked in. I will come back to this location if needed, in the future.

One word summary: IncompetentWent in there on Dec 28th because I had sore throat. The rapid test was negative. The PA said they will send the test results to lab to double check if I should start taking antibiotics.. after 10 days and multiple call finally they say they have not even send my results to lab !Obviously my last time there

They were quick and nice when I arrived. However I think that I was under diagnosed. Meaning they didn’t provide the medications I needed to get better. After my visit, from a common cold, it turned into bronchitis since they only gave a nasal spray. I ended up in the emergency room a few days later because I only got worse.

This urgent care is truly filled with people who care about you and your outcome. Our PA-C Chelsea was OUTSTANDING. She went above and beyond to help my husband who was not well. Thank you to the staff there for taking such good care of us!

This is the best urgent care in Stamford. Took my two-year-old son here and he was seen right away and diagnosed properly. His own pediatricians office got it wrong and Chelsea, the PA diagnosed him right and gave us medication . This is the only Urgent care we will go to. The whole staff is amazing and patience especially with my crying two year-old . Thank you ALL for taking care of my son Tristan.

The MA was very kind, helpful and even asked if I had been prescribed cream for the coxsackie, and had asked me about my asthma.(which I hadn’t and still haven’t been prescribed cream). I wish she had the credentials to prescribe me. She was the best!

Wow I couldn’t believe how nice this place was very clean and the staff was quick and professional I got to say being in the service business this was one of the better experiences I have had. Special shout out to PA Chelsea she was great

Mixed feelings.They took the injury seriously and did some checks and testings, but theirXray was out of order and the prescribed next step was for a shoulder specialist that was unable to take patients for several weeks.Now a day later after calls back and forth I have received a new specialist booking in a couple of days(5days after first visit)

Chelsea, the PA on duty was exceptional.She was determined to help me with my problem and had me follow up the next day.Couldn’t be happier with her professionalism skills kindness and compassion.

The facility itself is new, clean and comfortable. The wait time is short and check in is easy (reserve your spot online). The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend

Chelsea, the doctor we saw, went above and beyond to make my 5 year old son feel comfortable while he was there

I came in with something in my eye the girl at the front desk was awesome the doctor was amazing nice and quick and I can see again!!
