NextCare Urgent Care Kino Tucson

Fast and clean very courteous helpful people I was number six and I was in there within 30 minutes was seen and advised of what the procedures would be and it was up to me to proceed after leaving the clinic. Give me my options. Had a good visit thank you.

I showed up early and I was taken back early. My total time for my visit was a mere 30mins and I got all the care I needed. Scheduling online was easy as always, check in was simple, staff up front was fine. FNP Arvie Webster was extra consoling, understanding and comforting. I hope to get her every time!

They’re attentive and kind and they actually hear you out. helpful and professional. And the times i’ve went it’s pretty fast! also, it’s always nice to go to the drs and feel like they actually care. thank you for trying to help me feel better.

I scheduled a virtual appointment and was told by the online provider that she wanted me to go see someone in person at a clinic so they could test my iron levels to be sure I wasn’t dangerously low. A medical coordinator called me to schedule the appointment and to reiterate the reason for going in. To check my iron levels. When I got to the office I waited for almost an hour to be called back. That seems like a lot longer than normal when I’ve had an appointment. The doctor wasn’t pleasant at all. He spoke to me a in an extremely condescending manner. He raised his voice at me and said that he couldn’t help me that I would have to wait to see my doctor and if things got worse then I should go the ER. When I explained what I was told, he then again raised his voice and said that he couldn’t treat me for what I was being seen for and walked out of the room. If that’s the case, I should have been advised to go to the ER not to the clinic. I was treated as if I should have known he couldn’t preform any tests there and as though I had lied about being told to go there to be tested. It wasn’t my fault I had been given bad information. I really liked the virtual provider, even though she didn’t know that I could not be tested there her intentions were to help me. All around this was a very poor experience.

Everyone was very nice & efficient. Went in around 8:40am and was out of there within an hour. Hopefully not, but if need be, I will be returning to this location in the future.

It was the worst visit to an urgent care I have ever been to. Even with an appointment I waited almost 2 hours. There was one doctor and she was in such a hurry that she didn’t even tell me what was wrong. Prescription and go see your primary if it doesn’t go away was what she said. She was out the door before I could ask her anything. Don’t go here.

I called on 10-26-24 to ask about some paperwork regarding my injuries. I had a small conversation then I was placed on hold for 40 minutes. Then I called back and was put back on hold before I could say anything. They need better training on customer service or more staff. Their needs to be more urgency to help.

The staff and the doctor were awesome! However, I did have to wait an hour and 45 minutes even with scheduling an appointment

Unfortunately a new clinic that has quickly done down hill. Walked in with my 2 sons for school physicals and to get a TB test for myself. We were the only people in the clinic. It took 50 minutes to check in, as front desk was more concerned with eating her sandwich. She was very snappy and short the whole time. We waited an additional 30 minutes to wait for her to copy our papers once finished.I go back 2 days later and I waited close to a hour to have someone come out and read my TB screen….As a health care professional there is absolutely zero reason a TB read is longer than a 15 minute wait, ever!Please do better.

I went in for a twisted ankle. I spent 3 hours total there even with only 1 person ahead of me at the time of check-in. The provider ended up with an unsure diagnosis after my X-rays and referred me to an after hours orthopedic clinic (where I also had to spend 3.5 hours). The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. I was hobbling around on what ended up being a broken foot and nobody offered to open the doors for me or provide any other sort of assistance. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other choice.

Didnt get a time a day with the doctor. She was in and out in less then 2 minutes. Id do zero if I could. I got no answers from this place. This wasnt the first time either. Maybe you need some new doctors.

I scheduled an early appointment to avoid all the waiting but the doctor wasn’t even there and 30mins+ late. She was very dismissive of my concerns for my baby. She said it was the “flu”, I didn’t feel right about the diagnosis so I went to a different office and they told me it was roseola and were in shock when I told them we were told it was the flu.

I was denied preventative medication at the urgent care. I had an appointment the same day virtually with the provider who advised me to go to urgent care to get treatment for preventative medication and I was denied at the urgent care. The urgent care advised me to go back to the provider. I felt unheard and a waste of money and time and nothing was resolved. I would like to file a complaint.

Do not come here. Upon my visit, another patient was complaining that they did nothing to help and I should have seen that as a clue.I came in for an infected cut on my finger and the doctor didnt even touch my hand to see it. Said that part of the infection was eczema and said hed offer an antibiotic. Ignored the pustules under my skin as calisus and just basically shrugged me off.The doctor spent less than 5 minutes discussing what to do with my hand. Abominable medical service and low attention to detail. Do better for yourself, do NOT go here.

Was turned away at 7:20, although clinic closes at 8pm because front desk stated they needed to be out of clinic before 8:30 (over an hour of my walk in) Front desk did not even bother asking what I was there for, until after I asked for manager contact info, I could have been showcasing signs of a heart attack, but they were more concerned with the time they got to leave. Unacceptable and very disappointing.

Everyone was great at my visit 12/21/24 around 4:30 pm from the lady at the front desk to the medical assistant who took my vitals, tested me, and roomed me to the provider who took good care of me... Thank you, and happy holidays 😊

We went and nothing was solved. They have to send my childs urine out to a lab and call us in 2 days. Dont go there if you think you have a UTI or youll be dying for an additional 2 days. Waste of time. We should have just went to the ER she would have went home with antibiotics.

It was a very good experience. We didnt have to wait too long and I was treated kindly and with expert care. I think I was diagnosed correctly. God bless everyone there. 💕

I’m sorry to post only 3 stars but I had a 10:40 apt. And wasn’t seen for about 2 Hrs. My medical care once I was seen was excellent but the waiting in a FREEZING room was unacceptable. Why do you require an appointment and make patients to wait this long?I will be looking for another NextCare.

Had to go to UC was having ankle and hip pain disappointed that the xray machine was not working. I was hoping to get X-rays in hopes that perhaps something might come up as I was in a lot of pain. Was not given any pain meds either. Felt like I wasn’t being heard. Saw Dr Sanchez

L. sanchez FNP-C worst malpractice i have seen ever. Working in the medical field i’ve seen diverse work ethics and hers by far is up there in my top 5 worst ones. Especially when here dictation in the medical charts does not match what actually went on in the clinic room. Will not go back there again. Already called HQ and made a formal complaint. I hope this place gets audited.

Went in for a cdl medical exam and all went smoothly - from appointment setting to final paperwork - recommend them highly.

Not a great experience, 12 pm appointment, was seen at 1:15. I had gotten a blister on toe from new shoes, which burst and looked infected. The NP looked at it and blamed it on my smoking, and insisted I must have diabetes (I don’t), and if I didn’t go to hospital I would probably lose my toe. She scared me enough to go to the ER, Where they took X-rays, cleaned and wrapped my foot and gave me the antibiotics I wanted. I will see a podiatrist soon, and make sure it’s okay, bit I will not go back to this NextCare!

The receptionist was nice she was very helpful in filling out papers. Once the kids got to the back the doctor and nurses where awesome i liked how the doctor doing the physical on my kids did excellent he made my kids feel very comfortable

I was attended too in an appropriate amount of time by professional and courteous staff. I feel comfortable going there again should the need ever arise.

First time at this facility. I was impressed that my condition was already known. I was treated and given medication. Great team!! All so friendly. This will be my go too.

Was very happy with the care and support I received from the staff at NextCare. After a mercifully short wait, they took me in for the usual vitals, a quick exam, and then straight to Xray. Having had a serious biking accident, and in a lot of pain, the speed, efficiency, and general attention and kindness was very much appreciated. I was in and out, with cleaned up wounds and a nice new sling, in less than 30 minutes!

The PA and triage nurse treated my daughter really well. She has autism and is anxious about seeing doctors. They were really patient with her and very friendly. They spoke directly with her. We arrived very close to closing time but were very thorough and answered all my questions.

I took in my kid @ 8am as soon as it opened with a swollen eye with drainage clearly infected & no bruising, was reported to dcs & sent home without being treated cops were sent to my home after 3 hours I took her to a er X-rays were done and she was admitted to the hospital for treatment for a infection behind her eye. Very disgusted with the care I received at this urgent care!

Went in as I was feeling sick and had a slight fever, got Covid tested (negative) and was advised to go to the ER. After paying a $75 co pay for them to tell me to go somewhere else. I requested labs (their website says they do labs and if not they refer out) and doctor said no they don’t. I asked Dr if there is anything he can do to help me and he said “I mean i can give you Tylenol” and as soon as I said “I have Tylenol” he said “well that’s what people do for fevers” and he got up and walked out of the room. I said “is that it?” Upon him walking out to which he ignored me. He was a white man with gray hair. Thanked the lady who did my test and left. Do not come here if you’re trying to be taken seriously.

Receptionist needs to work on their people skills. He had an AirPod in the whole time & to me that’s just rude. Just seemed like he would have rather have been elsewhere. Nurse was very kind & patient. Only saw doctor briefly but no issues with him. He seemed caring & willing to help.

The office was clean. The staff was efficient and great. I was seen quickly. The Dr. Was thorough and nice.

There was no wait, the receptionist was lovely . The girl that did my triage was great . However , the provider did not even step all of the way into the room . Barely glanced at my leg and said it wasnt infected gave me some ointment to put on it and walked off . Today the wound is now 3xs bigger I now have a fever and cant stop vomiting. Clearly there is something wrong .

The nurse practitioner was very attentive and called promptly with a diagnosis once she had my xrays

Staff was nice and all but I was having a spontaneous acute allergic reaction and they didnt offer an Epi-Pen or a dose of Benadryl to help. They essentially just told me there was nothing they could do but give me some steroids for the inflammation and sent me to the ER. Waste of a co-pay. Who doesnt have Epi-Pens on hand?

Went in for a painful issue, doctor spoke to me for about 5 min and gave me antibiotics. Because he didn’t do anything I had to go to the ER the next day so they can do what he was supposed to do as the ER doctors told me. Only redeeming thing was the customer service of the other workers they were all very nice.

Front staff and receptionist were welcoming. But that changed as soon as I was taken to the exam room and checked by NP Brian Stephenson. His unprofessional demeanor and dismissiveness clearly showed. Upon having questions before leaving, he stated he was busy. Keep in mind, I had just walked out of the exam room.

I have to change my review from a five-star to a two star. Both of my daughters went to this location on different occasions most of the time theyve been good experiences. The two times that it wasnt, they saw the same person, Nurse practitioner Hobbs. This man does not listen to anything you say he is very narcissistic. The first time he saw my daughter she ended up in the ER because he did not treat her. My other daughter went today and Mr Hobbs did absolutely nothing for her either. Unfortunately she will have to wait until tomorrow to be seen at a different location in order for her insurance to cover it. My advice is do not go to the marketplace NextCare location when Mr Hobbs is working.

Scheduled an appointment the night before and that was a breeze. All the staff were nice annd my process was smooth until the Doctor came in to tell me my results. First she didnt knocked she just came in then she didnt seem like she wanted to be there, she was rude, blunt, and she didnt have a very welcome feel to her. My experience with her was not good but the person who took my vitals and the front desk lady were very kind and helpful.

Massive waste of time. NP or MA was obviously upset to be working and didn’t care to listen. Extremely rude. Never once looked at any of my signs. Prescribed allergy medicine for flu symptoms. Never had allergy issues my entire life.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They got me in and out very very quickly. It was evident to them I wasnt feeling well so it felt like they tried to expedite the process. No one wants to go to the urgent care, but if you have to, I would highly recommend this location. Thank you guys. 🤍

Front desk lady is not a professional. She doesn’t know what to do. She is very slow and very rude. Hopefully management team will train her how to manage customers and work faster.

NP we saw was horrible. Very rude with my 5 year old that was not feeling well at all. She says doctors are mean. Not comforting or friendly. He over looked her having an ear infection which was found days later when I went to a different location. Will NEVER visit this location again.

When I arrived the lobby was pretty empty. I checked in and had a seat when the person behind me checked in they were told it would be a two hour wait with only 3 people ahead of them. I felt like that wasn’t professional or fair to all the people who are checking in after to be towed there is such a long wait time so that they could just leave. When I got into the back, I was greeted by a female not sure if she was a doctor or a nurse but she basically told me that I was at the wrong place and if I had a PCP that’s where I needed to be not there in the office . She said there was nothing she could do for me and what I was asking to be seen for was not able to be x-rayed and basically I was just wasting mine and her time I was given a napkin with vitamins written on it that I should take to help with what I was therefore, the quality of care was really poor and I left her feeling like I didn’t matter. I was not given no paperwork or anything just simply a napkin with a couple of vitamins written on there. I would never return back to this location.

Kimmie and Phil had prompt customer service, professional and smiles. Bryan was fast and thorough with nice humor. Kimmie is the best X-ray tech I have come in contact with :)

The nurse and NP that attendedto me were not patient centered. I felt the dynamics was to see as many patients as possible for billing purposes. Not for the patient. No time to listen to your chief complaint. I was let go with a BP close to 200/101. Worrisome!!!. Common you guys can do better. My first visit was a great though! With an elderly MD.But this time around, food for thought!!

Horrible. PA doesnt listen to the needs of patients. Wasted my time and money here. Go to any other urgent care and avoid Watts. Nurses were sweet but it meant nothing if the doctor wont pay attention to you.

This is my second visit here and it was as excellent as the first one. Outstanding professionals and a really comfortable environment. Special nod to Anna who drew my blood and was perfect!

The doctor got to the point what was wrong with me straightforward unfortunately there isn’t much we could do for it except wait it out because it was just a very bad cold. Made my appointment online also very straightforward. Arrived minimum wait time very professional. Very good service.

Honestly I was completely dreading this visit, was the absolute last thing I wanted to do on my only day off. But, the man at the front desk was super helpful. And Dr Stephenson was awesome. Very real, raw, down to earth person. Just absolutely not the stereotypical boring doctor you would expect. Definitely made this trip bearable. And the kids loved him, even if they might drive him into drinking after this visit 😂

I fell 3 days ago and am still experiencing pain in my left cheek. I went into the Broadway location today. Was seen a little more than an hour later, which I considered reasonable for a walk-in. I was evaluated by the Nurse Practitioner and sent to another location for x-rays. The NP told me she would call me later with the results. Before 3:00 pm I was able to get the results on line. By 7:15 I still had not gotten a call from the NP. I called the clinic. My results of a fractured cheek bone were given to me by the non-medical person who answered the phone and I was told to see my PCP because the area of the break was “sensitive “. I asked why the NP hadn’t called me and was told, “we just got the results” which I know to be false because I had seen the results on-line 4 1/2 hours earlier. I have a fractured face and had to get my medical advise for follow up after I called and it was given to me by a non-medical person. I have been an RN for 29 years. Why does Nextcare allow non medical personnel to give results and advise? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Got bit by a dog in two places on my hand. Was extremely swollen and painful. Brian stitched me up and gave me a tetanus shot. He kept us laughing the whole time and I didn’t feel a thing! His mediocre sewing skills came in handy haha

I prefer going to the Kino location. My experience there so far is always positive. I like the convenience of completing the registration & paperwork online. I don’t wait too long in waiting room before getting called back. The young ladies at front desk are welcoming, back office staff are professional & knowledgeable. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this location and want to thank the staff that was working yesterday evening, great job getting us in & out quickly & taking good care of us! :)

All I can say is they were better than my pcp office & 110% better than the banner south er that I think they just have you wait until you die in the waiting room chair. We were greeted kindly by the male receptionist, easy check in, both girls very kind getting health info & vitals, Dr Mike seemed concerned & prescribed the proper medicine & info on what was going on. 1st stop will always be urgent care from now on. Thank you that’s how more health workers should be like.

The doctor at this location should not be a doctor/NP he doesn’t have empathy, compassion, patience for the sick patients. I’ve been to 3 of your locations and never been treat so inhumane.

Usually, Nextcare has done a great job in the past. Today my son had a virtual visit that went well, she wanted us to go to an in office visit. I took my son into this Nextcare as requested by the provider in the virtual visit. Unfortunately the in office provider at this Nextcare was unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely rude for no reason at all. The provider was in a rush, and just looked in my sons ears, for my sons headaches, ongoing bloody nose, and a high blood pressure reading. The provider made rude remarks, and had us on our way. Its stressful enough when your child is sick and needs help. A $75. Co payment is not free, if we didnt have to go in we wouldnt be there. Aweful experience! Do better.

I highly recommend Next Care facility at the Marketplace on Park. The staff from the reception area to the back office are friendly and provide excellent customer service. The Dr. who consulted with me is honest and is straight to the point of what needs to be done to better your health. In my opinion, we need more Drs like him.This location will for now on will be my go to in case any other future medical issue.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had the absolute displeasure of being seen by nurse practitioner Brian Stephenson. I nicely requested a X-ray for an injury to ensure it wasn’t broken. He told me “this wasn’t a McDonald’s and I wasn’t just going to get an X-ray because I want one. And he doesn’t understand how people come in here requesting things”. Basically he will shut down any self advocacy you have for yourself. He was completely rude and dismissive of all my questions. Such as when should I see improvement for my injury and he just said, “i don’t know”. I paid $75 to be treated like absolute garabage. Nurse practioner Stephenson should absolutely not be practicing medicine or anything involving the care of people.

I was not impressed with my service. I came in at 9am. I didnt see a NP until 130pm. I was giving a covid test which was negative. I breathing treatment and told I have a cold. I went to a different urgent care the next day, and was diagnosed with bronchitis, possible pneumonia. I was in and out in 15 minutes, with a chest xray and prescribed antibiotics . I will never go back to a Nextcare again.

I took my daughter to an appointment today and the physician was rude. He made a comment that I had been there back in December and if my daughter had a primary care doctor. I would rather take my child to her primary care but being that it’s the weekend. I brought her in to be seen. I didn’t realize it was a problem to have your child been seen on a weekend being that her primary care doctor is closed. He also asked me how I was checking her temperature. As if I was lying about her running fever over 24 hours. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

Ana, my nurse, was very kind and tried very hard to get the wax out of my ear. I was very satisfied with my visit and will use them again in the future!

I made my appointment by calling in. This location was new for me. Be careful in this Market Place at the Bridges theres a posted speed limit of 15 miles, people drive way to fast and this make parking a challenge. The front desk staff is kind. That evening was extremely busy, they didnt miss a beat. Its much better than E.R. waiting. Stay well & blessed.

I walked in no appointment, had severe knee pain. They took me in as soon as they could, and everybody was nice and professional. They treated me like a person and even the nurse practitioner joked around with me a little bit. She was my age and we talked about things we have done in the past. 80s era silly stuff that we did when we were kids, she made me feel comfortable. And that’s kind of unusual in an urgent care facility or hospital. I was out of there in about an hour. No hassles . thumbs up.

Visiting Tucson from out of town. Had been dealing with extreme sinus and ear pressure for a few days. Walked into Next Care and was very pleased with everything from the receptionist, medical assistant, and Dr. Great service all around.

The place was completely dead, only me and one other patient were there, took over an hour to be seen and they made sure by the time I was seen my pharmacy would be closed. Definitely going to make the drive to the Pima and Wilmont location next time, even when the lobby is full there Im in and out in 30 minutes or less.

The clinic is very clean, for new patients like me they have access to register online by using your cell phone, as well has an apple apps. the front desk representatives are presentable accurate and knowledgeable. The Dr was very nice patient and he find the solution quickly. My prescription was electronically. I am very happy 😊

This Next Care on Park is amazing. They helped me on a timely manner, and they are so respectful and super nice! They are definitely there to help! Glad I was actually attended by good people and not an AI machine like at Carbon health. Thank you so much Next Care!

My recent visit to NextCare Urgent Care was very pleasant. I used the book ahead option on the website, made my appointment and filled out my paperwork prior to showing up. So when my appointment came I was taken in and seen very quickly. The FNP Shumaker was friendly and thorough also listened to other concerns I had and was able to help me with that as well. Awesome experience. I definitely recommend Nextcare

Very Nice staff but if you really need your Rx from them make sure you go more than an hour before they close because they forget to send Rxs at the end of the day. The latest pharmacies close at 9pm and if they don’t get the Rx by close then you’ll get stuck overnight without the meds, then have to call back and forth in the morning begging them to send it again.

When folks struggle with ongoing depression or anxiety, serious action is required. Mood disorders are no joke and can suck the joy out of a well-built life. While medications are hardly the first order of business, they are a key effort in our arsenal, and one that too many reject. One reason why is due to doctors back treatment and need to assume that a person has nothing more to do than make up something as debilitating as anxiety as a means of what? Obviously if you have been on anxiety meds on and off for years, it’s because The person didn’t make a habit to continuously take them over said years! So let’s make some one feel uncomfortable for even asking for help in the first place ( that should help the awkward, weirdness that the patient is already experiencing) It took an hour and a half for her to come tell me that she “count find me.” It took me two minutes to get the number! What a pilau woman! Thinks she’s high Maka maka!

I walked in and only waited about 20 minutes. The doctor was SO NICE. This is the best doctor experience I have ever had. He actually listened to me and cared about what I had to say. He treated me. I’m 100% happy with the care here.

Front office staff were friendly to me and others that went in. Doctor and nurses were professional and kind as well. Doctor was quick but thorough in exam and explanation. He answered any questions I had.I do recommend making an appointment online and completing as much of the paperwork ahead of time to avoid a long wait. That’s what I did, and I waited maybe 10 mins at most. It did seem slow, so it might be different on a busier day.Thank you.

This clinic saved us today after trying to visit two other nextcare locations that were closed. Staff was kind and friendly esp the receptionist. Thank you for all you do and I appreciate you.

The doctor was very nice and very informative. The woman that did my intake was also nice. I took stars away because the girl at the front desk, unlike her co-workers, was not nice at all. I don’t think she looked at me once, or said any kind of pleasantries. When putting my card in the machine I tried to tell her twice the machine was off and she interrupted me both times to say “just insert the chip!” Finally on the third time she took a moment to listen and saw that the machine wasn’t plugged in right. She was writing on other paperwork while I stood there and I felt like asking if I was bothering her, and maybe I should just sit back down until she was ready to assist me. I usually don’t leave bad reviews and I’m not someone who feels people need to go above and beyond for customer service but in this instance, I was asked to tell my experience and this was it. I was blown away at this girls lack of social skills being that she works the front desk! Maybe she was having a bad day. In fact, I hope that’s what it was and on a normal day she does treat patients with some kind of human decency. Putting all that aside, it was a good visit. In and out pretty quickly and was able to get help with what I went in for. The doctor informed me of how I possibly got sick, what I was sick with, and a clear treatment plan to get better. The woman who took my vitals was friendly and I felt comfortable being there.

Had the worst earache & needed helped urgently, I was fortunate enough to know next care exist, I was able to book an appointment hassle free online & was seen the day of. The staff was very attentive & polite I highly recommend going here.

We like coming here because theyre kind and the office is always clean.My daughter was seen for an earache, wait was a little long, so it seemed... But isnt that all the time when your feeling under the weather... But anyway, the doc was comical and quick which was 😎 for my daughter.

PAC Judith Jones took excellent care of my husband. The entire staff perfomed efficiently, calmly, and offered kindness as well as care. This was our first time at a Nextcare facility. We will return if needed with confidence. Thank you PAC Jones and all the staff.

I tried to use their online services to set up a virtual appointment due to the nature of the visit, at noon this option was no longer an open alternative according to the site. All of their staff was quite unprofessional and showed no empathy or bedside manner. The provider didn’t even bother checking symptoms just came into the room with a set diagnosis & instead of addressing my concerns rudely suggested I went elsewhere to take care of my questions! I understand that urgent services are limited as to what they can do & treat. However, this had more to do with their attitude and lack of consideration. As a patient, who is obviously in enough distress to request their services, the least thing you need is to feel judgment and disrespect. Funny enough they have a sign at front desk saying “we don’t tolerate aggressive behavior” but maybe it doesn’t apply to the staff?!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and as timely as could be, considering the volume of patients. The receptionist was especially exceptional as she did her best to manage the high volume of patients while giving helpful information and advice. She was working incredibly hard during my visit, but was welcoming and helpful.

I usually have wonderful experiences at next care. Though this most recent visit was close to closing and the doctor on hand seemed ready to go. He spent only a handful of minutes with me and made his assessment from a few feet away. The overall level of care is not what I’ve come to expect but the treatment provided was what I was expecting and it saved me the cost of a trip to the emergency room.9/10 you’ll get great care at this next care give 3/5 stars because it’s usually great and I’m hoping this last visit was a one off from having to stay late to attend to me.When I first left I was rather livid at the level of care especially since I was in quite a bit of pain and did not know if I’d get relief. Had things not turned out well this would be a different post with counsel recommendations for recourse.

Brian Stephenson, was a fun & funny guy who made the process of getting my daughter’s sports physical enjoyable. We loved talking to him and he was very relatable. We got thru the whole appointment in a quick and timely manner without feeling rushed.

I usually receive great service but today was not the case. Brian Stephenson FNP was very rude. My daughter had a reaction to her earrings and he did not even listen to my complaint. He said children should not have their ears pierced and continue to talk over me. Mind you she had them done because she wanted to and is old enough to decide. He is there to provide a service not question your parenting. Very Unprofessional. Did not address my concerns at all.

I got Michael as the attending. There were some walk ins that got in before me when we both arrived at the same time but I had a scheduled appointment. Was a little weird but expect to wait at least 15 minutes.Michael is soft spoken but hes also pretty opiniated. Hell tell you his thoughts but if you share info that goes against what he thinks, he gets a little defensive.It is urgent care so its expensive and there is only so much they can do. I personally wouldnt come back to this location. So unfortunate considering the reviews.

Went in as a walk in and they took us in about 5 minutes later...we were there probably a total 20 minutes...the person that helped us check was very friendly and helpful!

The Nurse Practitioner literally the best in this world. I was thoroughly impressed. She was knowledgeable, professional and best of all she cared! Bless her.

Recieved excellent treatment for my issues that day. Asked if wanted to receive tests in response to the situation which included CoViD test and Flu. So the doctor was awesome!! His Name was William I believe. Anywho, he was wonderful and saw me quickly! The lady that did my vitals was super nice and sweet! And whoever I spoke to on the phone for my asthma stuff was super nice too! Over all I’d have to say that everyone was super friendly, kind, and I’ll definitely be back to this one if I ever need to be!

While they do provide treatment in most cases, I waited 3 hours only to be informed they don’t really have the ability to test what they see was wrong with me. They should have known that from my thorough description of symptoms during intake so I could have gone somewhere else immediately. Hours later, and I have to make arrangements I feel could have been made better had they just told me that to begin with.

It took getting used to the fact that people brought several children & let them run wild in the waiting room. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The clinic area was very clean. Id go back because of the staff.

They were very respectfully, courteous, very attentive. It was approximately a 2 hour wait, which I was able to wait in my vehicle. OncehOnce I was called they gave me their undivided attention & they didnt make you wait inside the room more than you should. I was attended right away. Went in with the migraine got my shot waited 15 minutes was out as soon as 15 minutes were up, I was released to recover at home. I was treated as an individual not as a patient. Thank you this is the second time this year Ive gone in & its been a very comfortable experience.

I was treated unbelievably poorly. I never make reviews on anything, but I was so hurt after going here I had to let others know. I was on the list for an appointment and finally got seen 2 hours later. When I was seen I was lectured by the doctor for multiple reasons that hardly pertain to me, the didnt even listen to my symptoms before telling me to sit put a stick in my throat and then said its a virus. Couldnt tell you which one, youre paperwork will be up front. I received no help and like I wasted two hours of my life that Ill never get back.

Took my husband into NextCare in the Tucson marketplace because he had a piece of wood splinter in his eye under his eyelid and we received awesome care they took great care of him the girls up front are super in the doctors just a great guy kudos to those girls boy you guys really do your work and you do it well. Thank you all at the next Care Tucson marketplace for making that experience for us as enjoyable as it could be under the circumstances. They will definitely take care of you and take care of you good.

Everyone was really nice except the front desk lady. I move here from the east side and dont know my way on the south side . I ask what was the fastest way to the Walgreens she rolled her eyes and told me to look it up.

The doctor and staff were very kind. The wait was about an hour but worth it because in the end it was nothing serious in my case. I recommend nextcare urgent care to anyone with minor injuries. They are awesome! 😁💯👐👍👌

The wait time was short due to online check in. Staff was friendly and the nurse practitioner on staff was very nice and through with exam. The best experience I have had at a urgent care facility. Waiting time in the room was a little extensive could hear the staff outside the room talking and joking around.

Very happy with customer service and treatment received at this Nextcare Urgent Care clinic at 1570 E Marketplace Blvd, Tucson, AZ. Reception staff was helpful, respectful and professional. Treatment staff were kind, skilled and treated me with respect and dignity. I will definitely return to this clinic again should the need arise (hopefully not though)!

Checked in at 8:03 am and did not leave for 3 hrs - to get evaluated for strep throat. Ince called into a room everyone was kind and efficient but it took over 2 hours to get called back. I waited in my car since I also had Covid and numerous folks were taken ahead of me.

I was having trouble getting my blood pressure meds from my PCP. Went here with a piece of paper from my pharmacy stating the medication & when it was last filled. Ten minutes later I had a thirty day supply. Only complaint about any NextCare, or any urgent care, is that they dont tell anyone that they need the paperwork from the pharmacy or the pill bottle itself. The NextCare on Valencia wouldnt just look it up.

Wait time was real good, staff friendly, facility appear clean and organized. I appreciated having a place to be seen on a Sunday afternoon!

Very quick in getting you back to an examining room the FNP Katherine Opela was truly the most caring Dr. I’ve had in visiting an urgent care provider. Would highly recommend the nextcare at the Tucson market place. You won’t be disappointed.

Busy and yet, Jesus A., who checked me in was 5-star in kindness, patience, understanding, and efficiency. Can we get more of the good ol professional customer care, especially when we are sick? Facility is centrally located, excellent parking, clean facility, and the team works like a well oil machine. You are kept updated on status when waiting, and I cant recommend a better NextCare UC. Also, if you are a new patient, take some time (15 min) to fill out paperwork. Have your insurance info ready, your PCP name and phone, etc.

Friendly and efficient staff at this location. I was in and out in less than 2 hrs, including xrays! The RT and the PA were kind and professional. The clinic was clean and well kept. This may become my go to location.

Waited over an hour for a covid test which they weren’t able to do. Explained I new I was positive because of an at home test but worked required a lab test done to be able to excuse me for those days, the thing is l was on the phone for 30 minutes explaining to the person I was talking to what I needed, i was told I would be covid tested and have results within 24 hours , get your stories together could’ve saved me so much time by telling me I couldn’t get “retested” over the phone, keep in mind I haven’t been tested here before so how Is that retesting? Not only that but the lady who sits at the front desk has 0 costumer service , the nurses should be nicer instead of rolling eyes and cutting you off mid sentence! I brought my son here previously don’t know who the doctor was but he was also super rough with my 1 year old. Chose anywhere but here. I believe a lot has to do with social profiling, I have seen how other races are treated and accommodated . It’s 2022, our healthcare systems should be better than this!!!!!

Worst medical facility I’ve ever been to. Waited in a room for two hours no updates on what’s going on. If I caught a cold walking by I still wouldn’t go there! Never in my life again. And two weeks later they call me for lab results when I never took test or anythingStep up your game staff and get more knowledge on what your doing or find something else hopefully you guy will be good there.

Alright! Unfortunately Ive had to come in for Strept throat and Gout within a 2 month span and this clinic has been super helpful, attentive and you can tell that they generally care about your well being. They can do test here and prescribe meds and antibiotics to fight off whatever you have. The staff is super friendly and informative. The clinic is usually not busy and through the app you can schedule an appointment for even faster service.

Staff is great. Answering their phone is another matter. I had my sons meds send to one pharmacy which doesnt take his insurance. Tried to have it transferred to the other pharmacy and told me ut could take TWO DAYS. My son has tonsillitis and he has to wait on his meds because nextcare wouldnt answer their phone??!!

I was taken care of quickly and thoroughly. I will visit the same location in the future if I have a need to do so.The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was in a lot of pain in my throat. I felt like I had razors in the back of my throat. The girls were very compassionate but, the wait was so long. I kept wanting to leave. It was windy out and the sun was hot. My allergies started acting up on top of the pain I was in. I arrived at 10a and was seen around 330p. No restrooms and they said if I left they would skip over me. I hadnt taken anything for the pain because I didnt want any interactions with meds I would be prescribed. The staff was very nice once I finally made it inside. The appt took less than 30 min for me.

Today I had an unpleasant visit at 1570 E Tucson marketplace , where I waited 3 hrs even with an appointment only to be told by Cynthia Reilly “well then go to the hospital “ after she told me she wouldnt give me X-rays for my back or any prescription. She insisted it was one thing when I told her it didn’t feel like that, i was concerned and in pain and left even worse . She shouldn’t practice medicine . I would like to speak to someone because how she treated me and I can only imagine how many others, is unacceptable. I asked for corporate number and received an email that doesn’t even exist.

Great staff, super nice and friendly/welcoming. Made me feel encouraged to continue being seen at this exact location in the future:)

I went as a walk in and it took an hour and a half but that was fine with no appt. This is the cleanest most organized, professional urgent care I have ever been too , am going to definitely recommend to friends and family .

My son needed a COVID test. We walked in without an appointment and got checked in immediately via scanning a QR Code on my phone, and easily filled out all paperwork digitally on my phone which made the process safe and easy, and got called into the room in less than 30 minutes. It was 100% paperless and really quick and efficient without having to worry about germs from other people handling pens for public use.My son got his vitals checked and his COVID test relatively quickly and we got 2 printed pieces of paper to take home and were were on our way. All in all the visit took about an hour. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Id definitely go back there again and recommend to others. 👍 😉

The Dr seen was very thorough and informative. But I must say not all of them are that way sadly. Maybe that is because theyre very busy. I also had to wait a long time in the exam room. I would still go back of necessary.

Waayyy faster then any other urgent care Ive been at. (Yes they had multiple people there and was still fast) My daughter was the one who had to be seen and ALL staffing were very kind and playful with her.

The care givers were so nice, helpful, and caring. The only reason I gave it 3* is because of the waiting time both in the waiting room and exam room. Especially in the exam room. We were only there for a COVID test and from check in to check out we were there almost 3 hours. Other than the wait time everything else was absolutely great.

No test, just a quick look in my mouth and decided what i had and gave me strep meds. Easy way to get meds if that’s what wanted.

It was easy to be seen without any delay for an unexpected health concern. I don’t presently have a health care provider in Tucson and was provided great care by the NP there.

My daughter needed a sports physical and we were able to get an appointment within 30 minutes online. She was seen and physical was completed within 30 min of arriving. Staff is very friendly and Doctor was knowledgeable and nice. We’ll definitely go back!

Its sad when you go somewhere to get help.And they dont even know whats going on with you, but you do and you tell them and they told you theyve never heard of it.Look it up on Google thats all they had to do so.Id have some help today

Todays visit was good, we were treated kindly and taken care of relatively quickly. I would have given 5 stars, but yesterday the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful to my wife. She had to call back 3 times to finally get the lady to just admit that there was walk-in covid testing. She lied the two previous times and said it was by appointment only...and kept referring her to Nextcares website where there was no appointments and none in the near future. Hope this helps someone, because when you call they are not very helpful.

Made an appt online. When I arrived I was having alot of trouble breathing due to my asthma problems coupled with the bronchitis that I was told that I had. After I filled out a short page of information they needed I was in the waiting room and the lady behind the desk came to check my oxygen levels because she could tell I was having a hard time breathing. Once it was established that I was getting enough oxygen at that moment she told me they would be with me shortly and within five minutes I was put into a back room to be seen by the nurse practitioner. The nurses and staff were all very friendly at this location. The nurse practitioner was also very nice and wanted to make sure that I was properly taken care of. I spent about 30 minutes at the location and they sent me on my way with the medications I needed. They have an x-ray machine at this location which made it very convenient to get a chest x-ray for me instead of having to go to a separate lab. I highly recommend this location for people to use because I had a very pleasant experience here except for the fact that I was very sick. Its been about 2 days since Ive been there and Im already feeling better, thank you to all the staff and everyone that took care of me!!

Never in my life have I ever been so embarrassed. Brenda Geisler @ Nextcare @ Tucson market place was extremely rude and needs to be let go or needs to learn how to handle situations better. Very close to taking legal action. No patient should feel this way. I left crying because all I needed was antibiotics for my infection. Threatening to call the cops because I was driving - talking about she smelt my medical cannabis. I was accused of being under the influence when I had not dosed since 11am that morning, it was after pm and I JUST left the medical dispensary prior so I did smell. I apologize if it was a personal issue of hers but it was in called for. You’re suppose to be able to trust the provider with your medical information. I was profiled and threaten that my license plate number was going to be sent to police. Which I was never tested to see if I can drive I was just asked questioned after being told my lungs are not good! I understand the law “While under the influence of intoxicating liquor, any drug, a vapor releasing substance containing a toxic substance or any combination of liquor, drugs or vapor releasing substances if the person is impaired to the slightest degree.“ However I didn’t not wait for any law enforcement because I was not going to be embarrassed like that. It’s hard to trust police as it is so why would I want to go through that. I was not causing anyone harm or putting anyone in danger. I been to the same client prior and everyone was great but this time not sure why she over reacted. She treated me like I was like these people stuck on opioids and have substance abuse problems! It was uncalled for and I will NEVER be going to that location again and if this is a practice of nextcare’s I will go to a different clinic because she did not even test be before accusing me Violated HPA yelling in the lobby she was calling the cops and getting my license plate. Never again! I hope this incident is escalated!

I came here the day after my accident because I was experiencing pain everywhere and in my one knee. They got me in super quickly and did the evaluation to check me out. I did have an X-ray done to make sure my knee was not broken since the doctor was concerned since it was super swollen when comparing it to my other knee. He was really professional and quick to give me good news it was not broken. And also to suggest to see my regular doctor if swelling doesn’t reside in a few days from the accident. He also had the NP wrap my knee to help with swelling. I really do appreciate how quick and easy it was from first walking in to leaving after being seen. Everything most part was digitally done so it made it so easy to get seen and more convenient. Plus it being like 5 mins from work I could get back within reason.

Easy to work with and friendly. Seen in a reasonable manner. Front desk helped process my insurance when I couldnt get app to work. Ive been to another urgent care where I was left in the room for an hour and no help.

Come ready to wait. Online check in process was easy and fast but does not guarantee you will be seen at the time or your appointment because they also are walkins. They stop accepting walkins before 8 so they can be done by then. First time I came in at 6 and was told to come back next day. Michael Hobbs quickly explained what I needed to do. Visited with him for aprox 5 minutes, waited an hour and a half to be seen even with an appointment!!

My son got really good care. Very friendly staff and of course there’s a wait but I mean good care takes time.

This place was a joke. Don’t go here unless all you need is a bandaid!! Our son was there with his team and got hurt. There communication with us as parents out of state was ridiculous. I would never in a million years go there for medical attention. My son got home and we took him to our dr and his wrist was broken after they told us it wasn’t! I would not trust anything they say! They even called our son after he left and told him to tell us to stop calling them and asking for x rays and diagnosis. I wouldn’t have to call if they did their job. They also told his chaperone that’s she couldn’t go back to the room with him. Um no he is a minor and the person that I authorized to seek medical attention if needed!

I checked in at home and got a call within 10 minutes to finish the process. Within an hour I got the message to head to the clinic which is across the street from my house. Great service and a friendly staff! Was in and out with what I needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

First off, I want to state that I get sinus infections 2-3 times a year. They always end up becoming bacterial. And only a round of antibiotics will clear them up. If I wait the “standard” amount of time to receive treatment, it sinks into my chest and becomes bronchitis, which then has residual effects for weeks to months at a time.I presented on Friday afternoon with my normal sinus infection symptoms - congestion, yellow mucus, sore throat due to the post nasal drip, upper teeth pain, myalgia and some mild ear pain. The MA looked at me incredulously when I said the teeth pain part. It’s a sign that your maxillary sinuses are involved. And when I said myalgia she corrected me in Layman’s terms and said: “you mean body aches?” I feel like that’s common knowledge in the medical world… I’ve worked with many doctors in the past. She also had the hardest time spelling my medications out into the EMR system. They wanted me to take all the tests they could possibly charge to my insurance -- and I refused. I told them the only thing I was concerned for possibly having is strep because my sister had it 2 weeks prior. Other than that, I was sure I was getting a sinus infection. If it was Covid or the flu, I’d have to stay home and wait it out anyways is what I explained to them, and I was already staying home for the entire week… Both the MA and the PA pressured me in front of their colleagues and entire office to add the other tests. Multiple times. I again denied them. They had to check my blood pressure twice, not even informing me what either of them were. I had to ask. (After I had told them I took my medication right before coming to the UC because I was sick and asleep all day and it probably hadn’t kicked in yet). Both MAs were rude and abrasive. The first MA was very obviously frustrated with me the whole visit. From refusing the tests, to me apologizing for having trouble with the strep test because of my gag reflex. She was clearly over it. I felt so prejudiced against. And when the PA also asked/pressured me with the same questions, I heard him walk out and tell her (the MA) that I said no. I could literally hear the MA say “I told you so!” Strep test was negative and the PA literally checked only one of my ears, barely glanced inside my mouth (didn’t use a tongue suppressor), and listened to my lungs and heart all in about 60 seconds. Told me, “Well what am I going to do for you then today?” And then lamented and said he’d prescribe me some mild steroids for my lungs because my asthma was acting up.Awful experience. 0/10. Don’t recommend. Especially when MAs look at you like you’re stupid even though they obviously lacked basic medical terminology and knowledge. And overall, just do better. It’s a free country and that includes medical freedom. If I said no, don’t try to embarrass me in front of your colleagues. Bullying me into changing my mind made me more obstinate in my choices.Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.And after getting worse over the next 3-4 days I had to go to the doctor again. Who literally told me this sinus infection was definitely bacterial and I had an ear infection in the ear you didn’t check. So. I’m ecstatic that I’m finally feeling better after starting antibiotics but dismayed about the residual cough I now have because it started sinking into my lungs!

Staff was very friendly with all of the patients including my daughter. We were seen quickly and efficiently. I would recommend any one in need of some medical care to come to this office. Great staff great experience from start to finish. Thank you all for your help.

I had an online appt, they took me on time, everything went quickly. Dr William Straw was very nice, courteous and a professional. He was quick and efficient. My paperwork was handed to me right away.

The back staff was awesome, the girl in the front was awful and extremely inconsiderate. She told me she needed to finish wiping down her desk before she could simply print a prescription for my sick son since they sent me to the wrong pharmacy that was closed to begin with.

I cant even give this a 1 star. Worst medical service I have received in my life. I waited over 3.5 hours for an x-ray due to breathing problems and shortness of breath. After waiting 3.5 hours the FNP refused to give me an x-ray due to the possibility of contaminating the equipment. I had taken a home Covid test that showed positive but explained that the test clearly states if done wrong the results would be incorrect. I asked for him to give me an onsite test and he refused. I was not treated and he never even listened to my heart/lungs. It was a disgrace to the medical field. The medical board will be made aware of this.

Took my daughter to be seen today. It was very fast to get taken back, they did a strep test right away in triage, and the provider came in really fast after that. Everyone was really nice and we were in and out in less than 40 mins. We will definitely be back here anytime we are sick.

I was a bit put off at first. I had never been there and received no direction. One was on the phone and the other was getting assistance from the girl on the phone. With plenty of time to read I noticed you could scan your phone to check in. Once I did that she looked up to tell me to do that and handed me a c9vid screening sheet. All the pens were in the dirty cup so I took one and sanitized it. Once I was done and turned in paper I was told to sit in my car. I actually like that idea. And I got a call 10 to 15mins later and was brought back inside. They spared nothing. 5he dr was great. Diagnosed me with bronchitis and a double ear infection 😫. He was quick to do a strep test a breathing treatment and a covid test. Just waiting on prescriptions to be filled now and hopefully I am on my way to recuperation. Its been a long week with a bad cough wheezing sore throat and sore ears. I wouldve gone sooner but I though it would take forever and I really wanted to just rest at home. But work needed a note so there I was. Thank you for making it a speedy comfortable path forward to healing.

I had made an appointment hours prior to when it was scheduled and it got cancelled twice without reason. I then had to come in to ask for a walk-i’m appointment and the front dest lady was extremely rude. She had an attitude with every question was disrespectful the whole time and just did not care. If it was always her here i would never come back or recommend this location. When you’re sick the last thing you need is someone who’s supposed to be helping to be rude.

Thank you to everyone who assisted me today. Everyone was so friendly, and professional. I apologize to the very helpful lady who helped me check in. Disgusting, I walked in and right out. The woman in the front was not welcoming at all. I asked a simple question and got the most dry answer ever. I am here to seek medical attention, not to be your friend, I understand! But your attitudes are Aweful. As a woman in customer service, do better.

Doctor was thorough and took the time to explain how to treat my injury.

Great Environment, Fast Help, Kind Nurses and Doctors. Just great in general. Super lovely people actually felt like I was being cared for properly.

Just went with mom for covid-19 test. It was 8:30am and was there for about an hour but all of the staff I encountered were nice and attentive. I was in my car the entire time and drove to the back once asked triage questions over the phone. I had a good experience but the weird part was that I came in without an appointment, called my aunt to come get tested and by the time she got there (a little before I left so maybe 40 mins later) they were not accepting patients without an appointment even though I got in just fine. I called and told them that but they didnt really have anything to say about it. So maybe a bit of an inconsistent experience but just make sure to call ahead if you go. The number on the front door is different from the number listed on Google though. Just make sure to go there early because tests are limited it seems.

This place took care of my right away. I fell they xrayed me outstanding Dr. Explained everything to me. Would rather go here then ER. Staff was very good loved the nurse taking my vitals and XRay tech. Good place to go.

Went in on 9/13 to get a covid test. Front desk receptionist took my I.D without gloves on. Doctor and nurse were okay. Test took three attempts, two in one side of my nose and the third time in the other side. Everyone knows this can increase a negative/inconclusive result substansually. [You take ONE sample per test.] About a minute after I left suprise! My nose started bleeding. They call today saying my results are negative, with no treatment advice. Just a hang up on me. Cool. Good job on screwing up guys.

Went in for a check up to see previously diagnosed seasonal allergy symptoms still seemed to be just allergies. According to the doctor, they were. I then asked the doctor if I should bring my wife in to follow up on her at home, positive COVID test. He became very dismissive with all further questions. Fine. Doctor burnout is likely very probable in these times. My big concern was the doctor not realizing that the CDC had updated quarantine/isolation guidelines. His recommendations were significantly outdated. Hopefully I misunderstood, but I don’t think so.

Had a 9:30 am appointment only to be told they dont do x rays there. And that I can be seen at another clinic tomorrow. Or i can go do a walk-in at another clinic for same day. I set an appointment the day before because NO I dont ENJOY waiting 2-3 hours.. I feel the girl at the front could have done more but she was too lazy to call around and get Me on some clinics waiting list. Instead of telling me basically go figure it out.

Thank you so much! The staff and Dr. were so kind and helpful! I needed care for an infected wound and my car is in the body shop so having to get rides. When I got there, I found out most of their staff was out with COVID. Since it would have been very difficult to get another ride in hopes of finding another urgent care seeing patients, Nextcare was kind enough to fit me in. I was able to see a very nice Dr. and got a Tetanus shot, antibiotis, and how to care for wound at home. Definitely recommend.

The young doctor I saw was excellent and so are his assistance. Theyre all so friendly and treat you great. Ive come here with my parents and still get the great service.

Well i am presently sitting in the actual exam room. Been in here for a good 45 minutes now. Arrived at 4:45p.m. for a 5:00p.m. appointment. First thing woman at the front desk told me was to wait in my car. Ok a little strange, but i waited out front for the call. Number of other people went in the doors, but were not asked to wait in their cars. Hmm, this should just be a quick in and out check for an ear infection, prescribe some antibiotics and be on my way... just recommending to only come here if youve got plenty of time to waste or you dont find your time valuable whatsoever.

I really like this place. I usually go here often. I just went today and it took really long. I’m not sure why. But the wait was long and I went in for a simple test. Not sure if I’ll go back because of that. A little disappointed.

This location is so small if you have that want to be there for there loved ones thats not allowed. They should think about getting a bigger location. I know the one on calle Santa Cruz is way better. Another thing if you have booked an appointment its not honored till there ready to see you. So if you want your family to wait in the heat then just you go yourself

The attending doc was great. Straight talk and clear answers. I appreciated his knowledge and brevity.

I did not have an urgent care need when I got to this place, yet i was taken in for a check within a relative short time. Their profesional staff took the time to provide detailed answers/explanations. And i was on my way out in less than 90 minutes....I would definitely come back to this location.

Saw Michael the PA this evening. Presented with cough, body aches, fever, sore throat and fatigue. I was told he wouldn’t text me for flu or Covid because he doesn’t believe rapid tests are accurate and that I’d be better off taking an at home test. He barely examined me and would only run a strep test. In the middle of a pandemic, I would think we’d be testing everyone who has symptoms and requests a test especially after them telling you that they feel exactly as they did last time they had Covid and tested positive on day 2 of symptoms with a rapid test at the same facility.

We were in and out very quickly. My son had what I thought was a spider bite that was spreading. It was in fact a virus, he was given a steroid and Nextcare sent over a prescription to my pharmacy. Really great experience and the staff was awesome!

(Recommendation: Awning for staff working the drive-thru clinic)Less than an hour visit...strongly recommend this NextCare Urgent Care in Tucson!

Wonderful accurate and great timing in seeing patients I was very satisfied staff is attentive and kind.

Great staff from Cristal who checked me in to Geo, Irene, and Carmen in the back. Provider Hobbs was great and helpful! Treated me very well and got me out as fast as they could!

All the staff was wonderful with my special needs son. Kim was great. ROBIN was FANTASTIC!!! Robin made getting stitches fun and totally took the fear out of his visit. She explained everything to my son. and because of her great personality and ability to relate to my son, he was willing to leave his stitches on for Robin. GREAT STAFF AT THIS LOCATION!

Everyone was friendly . The doctor treated me for what I had, explained it to me and gave me medication for it . You should have more doctor like him. thank you

Rude staff! Especially one receptionist that said there was no Covid Testing when infact they did do swabs.It seemed to me that I was bothering her.I gave 4 stars because of the other staff in back were professional and pleasant.Also, test results returned in one day. Now my son can return to school.Thank you,
