The customer service given was amazing by the lady’s. No complaints about them at all. It was a quick get in and out visit. I give those lady’s a 5 star! But what this company is doing is not good at all, I did a dual appointment my live scan and TB test at the same time I went with them because of this option. I got this done 3 days ago. I have been checking every day on the DOJ’s website using the ATI number and it’s been saying nothing has been received. I asked the lady at the office 3 days later and she said this company is still making them take live scans knowingly that they aren’t able to transmit them over to DOJ yet because this company has not fixed a computer issue thats been happening but they’re still making them take and charge for live scans without notifying the client. I would ask ahead of time if there system is fixed. I’m suppose to start work soon and now I won’t be able too because of this company’s negligence of fixing what they need too. Lady even said she has been complaining and complaining about it and they’re not doing it.

Quick and easy, except the front office lady was very hostile and rude. I asked a couple questions to clarify and was met with attitude as if I was dumb. The lady who did my physical and Tb test was lovely, very kind and personable

Rhoda and Gurleen worked together to get my difficult veins, they were successful on the first try and very kind. Definitely recommend this facility for quick and nice service

Everyone working at this Wellnessmart is kind, professional, and helpful. Gurleen and Samantha were patient, effective, and efficient. Shaelyn was friendly and engaging. Thank you, ALL, for a wonderful visit!

I have been coming here for over 10-years. Because of my job I need numerous DOJ clearance and the staff are alway helpful and efficient and so helpful finding old documents after I have lost them ( Titer paperwork). I will not go anywhere else. HARDING BLVD. STAFF

For my medical exam test. I read some bad reviews which made me hesitate at first, but my whole experience was actually amazing! The nurses were very professional and friendly. I went there, got shots, blood test. No blood came out first day because I was dehydrated and anxious (make sure to drink water, sleep, and eat before!). They have no problem with that and asked me to come back tomorrow. The next day everything went smoothly. They even make sure that I understand my insurance coverage as well (since they dont take any). Totally recommended!!!

I had a great experience today at my appointment for a Physical.Both nurses, Amy and Megan were very kind and professional. WellnessMart has a very efficient process and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their healthcare services!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Roseville location. I got in right on time, was greeted by two very nice and helpful employees. I think this was the easiest work physical Ive had. Five stars for sure.

There is no doctor in this clinic. Nurses take care of everything. The service you get really depends on your luck(i.e. which nurse serves you). Jessica is a very good nurse but the first nurse I met for the immigration medical exam was horrible. She almost screwed it up. I would not recommend anyone to go there for such important medical exam.

Came in for a TB test, the service was perfect and super quick. Staff was extremely polite and did the procedure perfectly. I highly recommend this clinic for any small/quick medical needs!

If youve ever had to get a TB test you know you have to schedule several days in advance to be able to come back for reading ect, well I work full time and scheduled my week around getting this done so I could volunteer at my daughters school. Low and behold I show up during business hours they are closed with no explanation. I contacted the company and was told the Sacramento location should be open today. Why would I travel that far when THIS location should be open today too.... Get your business in order!

This place is a joke. Went in for a walk in physical which they advertise. Was turned away because they were doing a CPR class all day and couldnt do a physical until the following day with an appointment. Also it says on website a physical is $70 and includes hearing and vision tests which is a lie. They charge hearing and vision in addition to the $70 and quoted $180 for everything. Also they have no capability of doing basic urine dip so they have to send it out and it takes 3-4 days to come back. Do not go here if you need something done quickly and definitely dont go off the information on their website!! Went to Med 7 in Roseville and got everything done in less than an hour for $124.

It seems that they dont do Immigration Medical Exam, I chat online with the staff member and told me that they no longer offer the service, which is stated on the online website services.

The medical system in the U.S. is a complete and utter failure - but places like Roseville Wellnessmart show that there are glimpses of hope! I needed a simple certificate of health letter for a Visa and contacted about 30 private health clinics (including my insurance-provider, Kaiser). No one could help me and some clinics didnt even accept cash payments! I was relieved when I finally found wellnessmart and they explained exactly what tests/physicals I needed and how much everything would cost. They were extremely professional and friendly during the entire process. I got exactly what I needed. I cant recommend them highly enough.

The Staff’s were amazing when I visited their office, they were accommodating and I felt comfortable! I would highly recommend this office! I’ve never felt comfortable in a doctors office like this! Kudos!

Went for our travel vaccines. Christy was phenomenal. She was the only one there and it was busy. She was patient, efficient and professional.
