Get Well Urgent Care Of Roseville

I scheduled online for 9pm. I arrived early. Front desk were nonchalant with minimal greeting. Just a “are you being seen, ok! Fill out the clipboard then bring it back up once you completed it” a more proper greeting should’ve been given Hi, did you schedule ahead online or just walking in. Okay no problem our staff will be with you shortly. The wait time was 10-15 minutes which was not a problem considering I scheduled for 9pm and arrived at 8. When I was called back the young lady gave no introduction to who she was just straight to triage and never verified my full name or dob. Which to me is very important information. The room which she told me to go to room “4” did not look as if it was properly sanitized and the cleanliness of the room was trifling. As a Medical Assistant/nurse/emt you shouldnt want your patient to walk into a dirty room. However the doctor gave an introduction that he was the doctor. No name given. I do get it may have been a long day but introductions goes a long. However the doctor did resolve what I was coming in for and did seem very knowledgeable. So I was satisfied with the end results. That’s all that matters. Might give this clinic another try for future occurrences

It was my first time at ‘Get Well’ Urgent Care, and I must say it was an overall terrific and efficient visit. The staff was friendly, but not too friendly; they just wanted to help me with my medical needs. They were quiet and kind and very efficient. The cleanliness of the interior of the establishment was pristine. I was getting general check-up blood tests done, and I am not joking when I say I did not feel the needle at all. I was very impressed with that! I was in and out for medical treatment that would normally require hours of time at most other urgent cares I have gone to in the past- I wasn’t even there more than 40 minutes. Thank you ‘Get Well’! Amazing staff! We had a wonderful first time experience yesterday 11/22/24 at 6pm. No long waits, staff was professional and relatable. Thank you! I wish I could remember the PA name that assisted us. She was awesome! Please give ALL your staff a hefty bonus! It’s hard to find great staff in the medical field that works well with one another.

Im leaving this as I had to go get some blood work done and have no insurance right now. Everyone was very nice and kind. But there was a nurse/doctor name Melissa that was really really nice and kind very helpful. I honestly was expecting the worst from some stories I hear about urgent care but not this one. I appreciate all the help to staff and especially Melissa !!!!!

Service here is fantastic. You come in you fill your paperwork out. Sometimes you might have to wait but most of the time you are In-N-Out customer service is great. The team works really well together there you could actually see it thank you for such good service.

I booked an appointment online at 10am, they had a spots open right away. I booked a 12pm slot, and filled my paperwork out online. I checked in at 11:45am, and was checked in and seen by the doctor, prescribed medicine and on my way out by 12:03pm…. I was in and out within about 15 minutes! They were exceptional!

Melissa has been fantastic!! i’ve been in and out of urgent care the past couple months but she has been my go to girl and i wouldn’t want to go to anyone else! i broke my foot on thanksgiving and she has helped me through surgery plus the recovery process and has absolutely been amazing, i couldn’t of asked for a better nurse practitioner she is a ray of sunshine truly!!! she has been the biggest help and such a pleasure to see! i would recommend her and this office to ABSOLUTELY anyone, everyone is so welcoming,so helpful,and such a pleasure to see every time! and phenomenal service from each and every single one of the doctors//assistants to receptionist! everyone is amazing, it may sound like i’m being over dramatic but this is an understatement of how amazing this office is!

We use this urgent care all of the time and have never had any issues! The staff is good and the doctors are knowledgeable. Dr. Kelsey is awesome and super kind, we really like her a lot! I would definitely recommend anyone here who needs to see a doctor quickly. Their hours are great too!

I went in for back pain. I saw a Doctor named Melissa she was very compassionate to my issues and very professional. My experience was awesome overall I would recommend her to anyone I know. And I will be returning if I have anymore medical needs. Amazing service.

I came in for an incident that happened at my work, all the staff were very friendly and calmed my nerves down. the doc i saw explained everything very well and was understanding and reassuring me. huge thank you to the sweet lady that held my hand when i got my blood drawn, and huge thank you to the sweet lady that took my blood. i received fruit snacks and a water, i came in nervous and i left relieved and confident. 10/10 recommend!

My daughter was sick (9/24/24) needed to be seen. She was crying in pain her ear drum burst. I was told by the receptionist that they no longer accept her insurance. I said ok.. can you please call emergency because my daughter needs to be seen. EMS comes takes my daughter blood pressure(normal)and heart rate(high). They ask me what do I want to do since I didn’t want to pay for her to be seen at urgent care, I told him why should I have to pay with she has two different type of insurance. I ask them to take me to the hospital. My daughter ear has green stuff coming out. They call another urgent care that accepts her insurance. Because they didn’t want me to pay a EMS bill.. I never experience something like this. I will never return to this place. What happened to patient rights.

I believe its Get Well Urgent Care now. They have done a nice face lift on the place, looks really clean and modern. I often go here for rapid covid for out of country travel. For the past years the staff has been super courteous, quick and efficient. If there is a wait, its usually under 15 minutes from my experience. They take most insurances and staff seems really knowledgeable. Not sure why there are several comments saying the front desk staff are rude. Everyone there has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Then again when Im walking in, Im walking in with a smile and not an attitude unlike some of the people that Ive seen walk in.

This place is professional and the nurses were very kind in taken care patients. My Daughter and Son in law suggested this place,they said that was very nice people here. The doctor was very good and helped me out with my systems. I ended up with the Flu. Thank you I will recommend this place to others in the neighborhood. The only complaint I would have orcould suggested is mask for people sick and kleenex for them. The toilet paper is rough on the nose. 😆

I had a very painful earache and found this urgent care in Roseville after riding past. I was able to make a same day appointment, register and check in online. I was greeted immediately by a very nice lady and shortly called to the back. My vitals were taken and I was seen shortly by NP Melissa R. She was pleasant, polite, and attentive. She immediately identifiednot 1 but 2 ear infections and immediately sent my needed prescriptions to the pharmacy. It does not end there, she also identfied a cough and prescribedmedication for that too. I was offered a flu and covid test(negative). Everything was very thorough and fast. She explained everything including the possible reason for my ear infections (swimmers ear). I was very pleased. She asked if I had any questions. Later I got my medications and I promise, I immediately felt better than I had for a few days. I was very pleased and will definitely come here again. Had a great experience, really good wait time. I was super sick, they were able to give me a shot right there in the office. The dr at the the Roseville location is super sweet, she’s young with blonde hair.

Your staff from start to finish are completely professional, good spirited and kind. That goes along way when youre sick. This is the only Urgent Care I will be going to in the future.

The people at GetWell Urgent Care are amazing. I don’t have conventional insurance and the office visit is extremely affordable. They also recommended a pharmacy to me that I got four medications for the price one would’ve cost me for one at a corporate pharmacy. The nurse even did a warm handoff to me at the pharmacy. Where do they do that! The wait time isn’t long. They’re very respectful.

Great staff and always quick service! Really care about their patients. Place could use a good cleaning and the vents on ceiling are caked with dust.

The nurse Eddie, i believe he said his name was , was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable even though i was a bit nervous. blood work was quick and easy for him! it didn’t hurt me one bit. i appreciate how kind all the staff was

I went shortly after opening and was in and out in 20 minutes, granted I already knew it was an ear infection and just needed a prescription so there weren’t any tests run. PA Kelsey was very nice and made sure to double check my allergies with me before prescribing my antibiotics since I have several medication allergies. I was in a lot of pain so it was a relief how quick, easy, and professional the experience was.

Love going here fast easy and very caring staff. Doesn’t matter which doctor you see they are all great. Even brought my mother in to be seen and the dr recommended the Er just to be safe and thankfully they did because what we thought was an infection in her leg and respiratory infection turned out to be fluid around heart and in lungs and a bad infection in her leg. I’m so grateful they sent us to the Er. Dr. Kelsey (may be spelled wrong I apologize) and Melissa are the best! Anytime I’m sick or hurt I go here because they make you feel comfortable and give the best care. Def recommend 10/10

I scheduled a same day appointment for my child. I came early . All of the ladies were pleasant and efficient.

Booked an appointment, arrived 20 min early, only to get waved off rudely by nurse 4 hours before their closing time. I would not recommend, nor go back. At least let people know if you’re closing early. it’s not like it’s a fast food joint people are sick.

They were very accommodating and professional. Im in that weird period between old job insurance and new job insurance, so they were able to keep me informed of cost as the appointment went along. Also, they calmed the general anxiety of something being off but not enough of an issue to go to the ER. Its my go to UC and I plan to keep it thay way.

Booked my appointment online and did all the paperwork online as well I walked in told the lady at the front desk my name and I was in and out very quickly everyone was very nice.

Great facility and clean. Wait was a little long but only one doctor and thats to be expected. The doctor made sure to get the best X-rays to figure out my foot pain. I had a broken toe and was pleased they re-did one of the X-rays to make sure.

Kelsey & Staff has excellent communication skills. Even though Mom likes her illness secrets, Im glad Kelsey took the time to explain — Moms low O2 levels, no hospital needed, and Covid Rapid Testing. Diagnosis in less than an hour with a prompt telephone call. With diagnosis, we were reminded of the treatment protocols — hydrated, rest and 10-day quarantine.Boss Lady (hangs out in Ukrainian Village, Chicago sometimes) promptly checked my #Covid #healthinsurance #coverage.Covid Testing was a simple tickle from the nose. Whoever said it was painful, its a hyperbole.No Wait may be misleading as humans easily show up at one moment. Clinic is less busy after 5 pm if you want to talk to someone, get some paperwork etc....the non-emergency stuff.

This was literally garbage. I came in, waited and they skipped over me, mispronounced my last name which is so simple, and just acted completely careless. Disgusting behavior, will NEVER EVER return.

Quick! I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. I still had 5 people ahead of me. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I Highly recommend this place!!

I’d like to share I came in to get treated. I had to go back two days later and the whole team was great. Took care of me and gave me what I needed.

Everytime i have needed to run to urgent care for any of my sickness i have been able to get in and out and everyone is so friendly and kind and making sure you are well taken care of

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility! The staff was awful, we got shoved into a room that was labeled “Triage”, where two women, without any introduction abruptly barked at my daughter to get on the scale for a weight, practically shoved her into a chair by the bp machine, then swabbed her throat like she was angry about something else and was taking it out on my daughter! We waited over an hour to be seen, and when the PA came in to see us, she had gloves on from her previous patient and didn’t change them or even wash her hands before examining my daughter. I will never go back, and would suggest you think twice before going there yourself. It was generally dirty, but there were used tissues on the exam room floor!

They were great took care of us fast , very good dr lady love her to pieces made my daughter fill better right away 🙏 fast and caring services look no further .

I went to get my stitches done and dr Alex and eddy were very kind and patient with me through the whole process. The stitches were tough but they got me through it

The staff are friendly and wait time isn’t long I was able to check in on the internet and set my own arrival time

The MA that was working, has the absolute worst attitude! She was nasty right from the start, and it only got worse as the visit continued. Hell, she didn’t even listen to the PA orders to give my child a medicine. She does not belong in the healthcare system. Well, maybe cleaning out piss pots, and poop off the backside of ppl! I will never bring my kids here again. The PA that saw my daughter is the only reason for the stars I gave. Also, not a very nice looking center. You can tell money does not go back in to the office. Run-down. That was our first time at that office, and is the last!

The best care I have received from a walk in clinic. Everyone was kind and attentive and made me feel at ease.

Every person I met there was great. I certainly hope that I dont need to go to an Urgent Care very often, but if I do, Im going back here!!!!!

Took my daughter here for a neck injury from her over stretching maybe 20 minutes ago- they were attentive and very diligent in her care and calmed her anxiety. The dr (the blonde) was VERY intelligent in caring for my child and I wouldn’t trust any other urgent care with my daughter. Beautiful work thankyou guys!

I’ve been coming to this urgent care for years. I always have a good experience, the PA really listens to their patients.

Luckily they were not busy. I arrived for my appointment and was told they are having issues with the online portion so my registration did not transfer either. Nurse practitioner was nice and professional.

Im very impressed with the professionalism of this urgent care. Also the very kind and caring nurses and staff. Melissa was very helpful and knowledgeable and honest. Its hard to find this kind of care and Friendlines at other places. Very highly recommended.

Ladies at the check in desk are rude, judgmental, and lazy. They sit up and there and just talk to each other while dismissing the patients.

MELISSA IS SUCH A GREAT DOCTOR.. MY CHILDREN HUNTER AND NEVAEH JUST ADORES HER. SHE IS A GREAT LISTENER. STAFF IS ALWAYS NICE AND FRIENDLY WHEN WE VISIT HER AS WELL AS THE OTHER DOCTORS. THEY ALL MAKE MY CHILDREN AND MYSELF FEEL WELCOME.

Swift and easy barely painless came in to get some stitches got five of them in and out within an hour great nurses great doctors. Sometimes people just got to realize that theyre only one person and to be patient dont always be in such a rush. Youre not getting anywhere that youve already been to quicker.

When I went in there, I had to have blood work done and Miyonna took great care of me. She was so nice she made me feel very comfortable. She was patient with me even with me being terrified of needles.

I absolutely will not go anywhere else. Melissa is the absolute best! She tells you directly what she thinks and doesnt sugar coat anything. I was very sick and it was Easter the next day. (I was trying to get out of a shot since I hate them.) She expressed how sick I was and how the shot would help, and she said you go to the 24 hr and get your meds TONIGHT, or you get this shot right now, and be done with it. I didnt even realize I was that ill. She meant business. And I am stubborn! I listened. She loves helping people. Samantha is amazing as well! Beautiful heart, and patient, understanding. Recommend seeing them both! Youre In and out and not sitting around.

Front office/desk meh.Back office and doctors were great! Side note- it was 1000 degrees in there, people are sick with fevers and germs.Turn the heat down!

I was there last Thursday and she diagnosed me with Pneumonia. She sent a bunch of meds in for me to my pharmacy within 10 minutes after I left there. I had to go back in today bc I was done with my steroids and I’m still wheezing pretty bad. I saw a different PA today and she was just as good as the one I saw last Thursday. I think the whole staff there is great!! Even though they are really busy they make sure to do the best they can. Once you are in the back, they do a great job at making sure they help you as much as they can. I have been coming here for years. I highly recommend coming here instead of going to the ER if it’s not something to serious or life threatening.

I have been going to Roseville Urgent Care for a few years now. I have some recurring health issues and could go to places decided by location. But, the Staff here are awesome and care about your well being. Dr Samantha and her team are professional and personable. I would definitely recommend the experience in your time of need.

Just came in for the flu. I was seen right away. This place is friendly, fast and clean.

Samantha made me feel like a priority at this urgent care when I was going through a concerning matter. She was very caring and prompt. It was great to know I could have my blood drawn there and she was very quick with reaching out to me with results. I appreciate all her help and her bedside manner.

Best urgent care around!! Fast and efficient! We have been here many times, but today my daugther broke out in hives and they had such a quick response and full of knowledge deffinitly put me as a parent at ease! So thankful for this staff at this Urgent Care!

I came in around 10pm on April 30th with my son and the nurse that took his vitals I can’t remember her name she was amazing and my son took to her so well which isn’t normal for him. she also went above and beyond with another sick kiddo in the waiting room. We had a great experience that night!

I had a really great experience today I went in because I had an ear infection. I didn’t have insurance so they helped me out with the price the cleaned out the wax in my ear. I can hear again also sent me to the pharmacy next to them and they were fast and discounted my prescriptions. I m so thankful!

Fast, understanding, and straight to the point. X-rays are always fast and the shots are painless. Feel more comfortable being seen here for minor injuries and sicknesses than at my PCP.

This is the only Urgent Care we will go to! They are fast and always very helpful no matter what we go for, from covid testing to ear infections.

I have been a patient there for over 10 years and so have my children. Always there we never turned away, always understanding. Even It was a minor issue that we thought was bigger. Staff is personally/medically best of the best . Fully equipped to do with any and everything. We have ibeen there over the last 10 years. Do not hesitate, if you need to make a visit, .You are very good hands

Let me start off by saying this place isn’t the cleanliest if that’s what you’re looking for. Although that isn’t their fault as they are SO busy. BUT if you’re looking for nice staff, short waits, and a Dr. straight to the point this is the place. Went in this evening (I wish I would of gotten the names of the front desk and assistant/nursing staff). The woman at the front desk (curly hair) deals with A LOT but handles it all so well. The assistant/nurse (taller woman) just seemed to genuinely care. She knew exactly what it was the second she looked. The Dr. let me have my panic attack over a sore throat and consoled me. I had a great experience with Roseville Urgent Care. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I was seen promptly despite it being busy. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I will recommend this urgent care facility to others.

Usually I dont come here, because I never feel fully listened to, but today I really needed a chest x-ray done. The Dr was very thorough and nice. She listened to me did a chest x-ray and it was found I have pneumonia. She promptly gave me a breathing treatment, a shot of antibiotics, and prescribed me a heavier duty steroid on top of an inhaler, and cough syrup. She did not mess around knowing Im on an immunosuppressant. Im hoping all of this and my continued antibiotics Ill feel better ASAP. Definitely a good experience today. Thank you.

Very friendly staff, nurses and doctor. Reasonable wait time for how busy they get. Best advice have your insurance card or cash/card and your ID/ drivers licence with you for first time patients. Tell them the exact symptoms so they can best help you and your needs. Always have had all around great service here!!

The staff and Doctors are wonderful!!! They were extremely fast and friendly. I needed to be sent to ER for more extensive testing and the way they handled the situation was excellent. I was very calm and appreciative when I left and drove to ER.

I went to this urgent last night to get my child checked out. I would not recommend this urgent care. A lady with red braid hair was on Facetime the whole time I was in the office. Mind you she is breaking HIPPA by being on her phone facetime while obtain my information! So unprofessional!!

I have been seen here several times. Staff is always friendly and courteous. NP Melissa has been my provider on multiple occasions and kind and knowledgeable and thoroughly explains everything. I have never had a bad experience. Have recommended to friends and family.

I wish I could give this place a zero, the recipionists that were there the day I went were unprofessional as hell, they sit there and gossip about patients its extremely uncomfortable, they arent approachable or polite, they make it so obvious when theyre talking about you. This is supposed to be a Healthcare setting? Unfortunately even though its convenient because its up the street from me, I wont be coming here anymore. The anxiety they cause you because of their bad attitudes is unbearable.

The wait was actually not bad at all. But the provider we saw was terrible. My daughter was borderline ear infection, her ear was “super angry” per the provider and she wanted my daughter to wait on any medication. I know my daughter well. She wasn’t trying to play a sick card or miss school and the provider was treating her like that was the case. My daughter was having pain.

Doctors nurses and everybody were really nice there. I had a very good experience.

The receptionist were not very welcoming holding there head up why they typed with one hand, but then we got to the back and it was fantastic very kind and welcoming they had us in and out in 20 minutes! My son even commented on how nice they were! I would recommend them 100%

I had paperwork that I needed filled out for leave from work; and I had dropped it off at the urgent care with the staff THREE DIFFERENT TIMES AND FAXED IT and they STILL never filled it out/contacted me to tell me anything was wrong/it needed attention. This place is just in over its head. The staff is rude and negligent. We went there because we knew the Covid tests come in quick. I now know other urgent care facilities where I can get way better care and the Covid tests come in quick and will be frequenting them if I need them instead.

I had the pleasure of going to one of the best urgent cares on the east side the girls were so nice upfront Rachael is the best. Melissa is a great nurse practitioner. She listens to me and my complaints and is very knowledgeable and I will be coming back.

When checking in, I told the lady i wanted my prescription at CVS on Greater Mack. Then when leaving, I told them again, and they said they will change it. My prescription was sent to a walgreens not even close to where I told them. This also happened last time I came in and when my mom came in a different time. Thats three times. They cant get the pharmacy right!

They are very understanding when you are no feeling well. And do their best to help individuals. They are very polite and caring individuals as well

I will always give credit when I feel its due, and this place is no exception. From the minute we walked in the front door you can tell how clean the facility appeared to be. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, there was no attitudes and no feeling like they didnt want to be there. I took my child here for a sports physical, from the time I signed in to the time we were walking out the door after seeing the doctor was 20 minutes. Now I understand this is not the normal for an urgent care or most urgent cares, but we were here first thing in the morning and I have nothing bad to say. The doctor was very nice as well. This is not my first time going here but it is definitely a few reasons why I continue to go back when needed.

The staff was excellent and they would get 5 stars, but the office itself needs a good cleaning and some TLC. Other than it not appearing to be well kept, my experience was good.

I cut my arm pretty good. But I waited almost a full day. My brother made me go in to get stitches. So we went and they were friendly and fast. They closed at 9pm and we got there a little after 8pm. And they had a few ppl waiting before me. I liked the staff and the doc who stitched me up did a great job! And we had a nice conversation while I watched my cut get stitched up! She really gave me the option to either not get them done and risk infection or get them done and make the odds of infection decrease. I didn’t have insurance so my brother paid. I just want to thank him and thank the staff and the lovely friendly doc that fixed me up. She made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Thanks for getting me in and out with my arm all better! Thanks!

I usually have decent care when I go here. Today was another story. The front desk girl was very nice to me. There was one other person in the lobby ahead of me. I was called back within 6 minutes of walking in. A male nurse escorted me to triage and I sat down. The female triage nurse at the computer sniped at me and said ‘no, weight.’ I went to the scale. I was then seated and had my blood pressure taken and temp. Said just 2 other things to me. Didn’t seem interested as to why I was there, didn’t ask for symptoms or anything. I had my throat swabbed and was taken to a room. About 10 minutes pass and the male nurse comes back and says there was a mishap with my swab and needed a new one. He took it and I said ‘was that good?’ And was met with ‘I guess.’ And he left. The doctor came in, checked me out and sent me a script. I definitely felt like I was being rushed out the door. When I was leaving, there was a large food delivery for the employees. So it seems as I was getting in the way of their lunch.

Every time I need to visit this urgent care all the staff is absolutely wonderful! The nurses are so sweet and understanding to my daughter and her fears, they take the time to explain everything to her. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone

Took my son here he was having terrible cough, fever, sore throat ect and all they did is a COVID test. Absolutely trash! Had they did a throat swab we would have found out 2 days ago he has h1n1 type A and saved us an emergency room visit!!! Yall are lazy and horrible doctors. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very nice and professional. I got right in and back with no wait. I had to get X rays so the girls at the front desk kept my kids for me so I could. Then they came right in, wrapped my foot and I was out of there all in less than 30 min! All of the staff was very nice and accommodating! I will definitely return in the future when needed! I was in and out very quickly. My at home Covid tests kept coming back negative, but I had horrible symptoms. So they tested me there and it came back positive. They wrote up a prescription for my worst symptoms and sent me on my way with a letter for work. All in all, I was there for maybe 30 mins. Everyone was professional and friendly.

My Experience at Get Well Urgent Care Roseville was excellent. Front Dest staff, Triage Staff and Samantha Thomas was very professional, kind and caring.

Here on 10/18 approx 7:15 pm arrival. In and out within 45 minutes for PCR and rapid. (20 of that was waiting for rapid results). I was very happy with the time efficiency. The girls at the front desk seemed a bit preoccupied on their phones and not extremely professional but, I wouldnt say they were rude. Overall not a pretty decent experience for going to urge care. I would utilize this business again if necessary.

Had to go to urgent care for a horrible headache/couldnt breathe (asthma) cough and stuffy nose. Took almost 2 hours to get back in a room. Got swabbed for Covid and the flu (handled beautifully from the nurse) Was given a breathing treatment and then told I was good to leave not even halfway through the treatment and without rechecking my lungs, I had to ask about the results of my test. With no further information went home and received a prescription through text about 2 hrs later from the appointment. Not the best experience at all.

Sam was my PA & was great with my treatment & super friendly! Short wait times at the clinic & office staff was pleasant. Definitely one of the better urgent care experiences I’ve had!

The lady on the phone was rude, i go in and it seems very busy so i ask for a wait time, she was very rude and couldn’t even give me a simple estimation. Even if it wasn’t a truthful estimation no need for the attitude that you “cant do that”.Bother taking the drive out to the 19 mile location.

Edit: i cant review twice so heres my second 5 star review, i was in & out in less than a half hour this time on a saturday. this place puts the urgent in urgent care.i walked in at 11:18, its 11:55 as im writing this and walking out. on a MONDAY. thats unheard of! got me in & out so fast, got a needed antibiotic. will definitely be coming here for future urgent care visits

Was seen for a recent illness. I was see quickly and care was excellent. NP Melissa was an excellent provider. She was prompt in seeing me and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely utilize Roseville urgent care in the future.

I called them and asked if they tested toddlers for RSV and the receptionist put me on a quick hold and came back and said what is RSV we’ve never heard of that. How does an urgent care not know what rsv is? Needless to say I went elsewhere

Had a great experience at the Get Well Urgent Care of Roseville. Wait time was reasonable, desk clerks were polite, PA Kelsey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. High recommendation.

I went for a rapid Covid test this morning and from the minute I walked in the door until the time I left the staff was amazing. Lee and Angel at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel quite welcome. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility. It’s bad enough when you don’t feel well having to to anything so it sure makes things a lot better when the people that have “care” in their name actually do “CARE” Thank you to everyone that cared for me today!

The nurses and staff and doctors are all so nice. They make every visit a positive one for me and my girls. The wait time is very short, if we even have to wait. Love this urgent care center it is so clean and the staff is so professional yet at the same time showing you so much care in every step they take .

They are friendly and fast! I love the hours since I work day shift. They got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. The only negative is they diagnosed my daughter with strep throat and said they sent the scripts down to the pharmacy but they never received them so now I have to deal with calling them in the morning and trying to get them filled correctly and my poor child has to go another night without antibiotics but other than that everything was great. I have visited here several times and always have a good experience.

I recently visited on a Sunday after being out of town for several days (and therefore was unable to see my PCP) for a persistent stomach virus that had me vomiting several days as well as painful urination which I suspected was a result of dehydration, but having UTIs in the past, wanted to make sure there was no infection/bacteria. Having an underlying chronic health condition, Ive struggled with stomach viruses in the past, and Im aware that my body temperature often does not increase despite feeling fever/chill symptoms. I specifically requested a prescription for Zofran, which seemed to strike the treating physician as suspicious, as if I was requesting narcotic pain medication or something addictive, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously after that. The doctor (I believe she was an NP actually) also placed the emphasis on the painful urination symptom despite my communicating that the relentless vomiting was the biggest issue. Ultimately, I felt like I was not heard or my concerns were appropriately acknowledged and that they were just trying to get me out the door. I would not treat here again, especially with so many other options nearby.

I have been coming here for many years and I always leave with answers and feeling better about my problem.

Dr. soni was absolutely amazing so sweet and had the best bedside manner I’ve had in a long time from a dr! And he’s the cool dr that will give you a good solid fist bump 👊🏼🙌🏼

It was a quick through assessment. I was provided with the medicinal therapy that I needed to aide in my recovery process. Love this place in a medical flare up and I can’t make it to my doctor, I am able to visit this urgent care facility and obtain the necessary treatment!

I recently visited this urgent care with my 6 yr old son for covid testing and I am so glad I came here. Rachel and Lee at the front desk made us feel so comfortable and at ease even though we were frazzled and scared. We were seen promptly and everyone was so professional and friendly. They even let my son help with his own nose swab and that eased his mind so much. Im just so thankful for the ladies they have working here. Despite the circumstances our visit was still a positive experience for us both.

I dont think the staff should be talking about other people and gossiping at the front desk as well as talking outside the door about a patient you just spoke to and disrespect them when they are ill and mock how they expressed how terrible they were feeling.

ALWAYS fast! Courteous! Rachel that works the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable, she went the extra mile to find us an accommodating pharmacy after she informed us that our pharmacy no longer accepts our insurance. That kind of customer service is extremely rare, you have a very good woman working for you and I hope to see her again, she is an asset to your Urgent Care.

Entire staff very friendly and professional! Walked in minutes before closing and still felt like I received the best service possible. I had a fishing hook stuck in my finger and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you ladies!!

Wonderful experience even when i felt terrible. I was a walk-in and got there at 9:02am and was taken in within minutes of arriving. Doctor was very nice, great bedside manor. The staff and nurses were very pleasant. Meisha(not sure of spelling) was wonderful. She great personality and bedside manor. She gave me 2 shots(didnt feel a thing) and breathing treatments. I recommend this place and will go again if needed.

Second time coming here (first time was for my son).Both times the front staff was kind and efficient. Medical techs were friendly and the provider was knowledgeable and helpful.No complaints

Just went there today (Sunday morning) with my 16 year old son who tested negative for flu and Covid yesterday at Walgreens but is very sick with flu/mono/strep like symptoms. The staff there were all very professional and the doctors assistant and doctor were very kind, knowledgeable, and caring.

This place used to be great! I’ve been bringing both my children here, for YEARS. Today, I had to come in for my kid, the woman at the front desk, with the bonnet on her head, is extremely rude, & shouldn’t work with the public. She refused to look up my child insurance, as I forgot her card. I’ve never dealt with a “medical professional” who was completely UNPROFESSIONAL

I had a deep cut and was concerned that I needed stitches. Front desk staff was nice and so was the doctor. I might of waited 5 mins in the lobby and within 10mins I met with the doctor. I spend longer waiting for the veterinarian with my dog. Good service.

Healthcare in general has been suffering from top to bottom. Some facilities dealing with problems better than others. Having said that, this place has been pretty consistent. Ive been there 4 or 5 times in 2 months for testing and treatment for a bad, lasting cold. Considering pandemic conditions, theyve been pretty nice and only once did I spend more than 20 minutes or a 1/2 hour in this clinic. That one time there were 26 people waiting. Things did get a little confusing.

I loved the doctor that was here today he listened to the issue we discussed what my normal doctor does in regards to the situation and what I was dealing with he knew exactly how to treat my illness and how to help me try to avoid being hospitalized right before Thanksgiving and the ladies there were so nice receptionists and the nurses were very sweet it was a wonderful experience
